Bachelor of Letters (Sports Performance and Coaching) (Graduate entry)
Sport Performance Coaching is the study of enhancing sport performance through coaching, training principles, exercise prescription, and physiological testing. You will learn how to design and coach training programs that targets strength, speed, hypertrophy, muscular endurance, and aerobic and anaerobic energy pathways.
Learn the principles of sport coaching, including how to administer and interpret tests of athleticism. You can also explore other interests to complement sport performance—like skill acquisition, biomechanics or psychology.
